CAMBRIDGE, Mass.-Mobile Data Solutions Inc. and Kenan Systems signed a cooperative marketing agreement that will join MDSI’s mobile work force management products with Kenan’s billing, customer care, order management and decision support software.
According to the agreement, MDSI and Kenan will cooperate in identifying and pursuing opportunities worldwide for jointly implementing their products.
Kenan is a wholly owned subsidiary of Lucent Technologies Inc.
