WASHINGTON, D.C.-The U.S. General Services Administration’s Federal Technology Service
announced it awarded a two-year contract to Nextel Communications Inc. for enhanced specialized mobile radio
service.
The contract, awarded by FTS in the GSA’s greater southwest region, offers discount pricing and is
available for use by all federal agencies, said GSA.
