MELVILLE, N.Y.-Northeast Digital Networks Inc., and its wholly owned subsidiary, Personal Communications Networks, announced it has received an equipment supply and vendor-financing offer from Nortel Networks.
The offer is subject to, among other things, the company securing an irrevocable commitment for equity, subordinated debt or a combination thereof.
PCN acquired personal communications services licenses at the Federal Communications Commission auction in December 1996, covering portions of Vermont, Maine and upstate New York.
