DENVER-Los Angeles-based resellers American Way Paging and Cellular Palace Inc. merged last month into WirelessLines Inc.
The combined company has 75,000 paging customers, as well as wholesale and retail operations in Southern California.
WirelessLines expects to triple the company’s size soon, said Denver-based investment banking firm Peter A. Sokoloff & Co., which advised the company on the merger and arranged an initial $2 million credit facility, intended to be used for acquiring other resellers.
