INDIANAPOLIS-Brightpoint Inc. and Globe Telecom GMCR Inc., a Global System for Mobile communications operator in the Philippines, signed a letter of agreement calling for Brightpoint to provide Globe with fulfillment and distribution services.
A definitive binding agreement is expected to be concluded within the next 45 days, said the company.
Plans call for the contract to be executed through Brightpoint’s wholly owned subsidiary, Brightpoint Philippines.
