The Cellular Telecommunications Industry Association’s Foundation for Wireless Telecommunication honored several people at a dinner last week for their role in developing wireless communications. James Dwyer, president of Wireless One Network Inc., received the Foundation Achievement Award for Outstanding Leadership.
