ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, Ill.-Motorola Inc.’s International Cellular Infrastructure Group won a contract to deploy Advanced Mobile Phone Service and narrowband AMPS cellular systems in Novosibirsk, Russia. Motorola values the contract at $6 million.
“Deployment of NCC’s cellular system strengthens Motorola’s commitment to meeting Russia’s progressive telecommunications infrastructure development,” said Gene O’Rourke, senior director of emerging markets for Motorola ICIG.
