That is a line break.

That was an Enter with a paragraph break.

I am typing this in Word with the usual way to break a paragraph – by entering.

i3 Mobile offers Pronto service
STAMFORD, Conn.—Veteran wireless Internet company i3 Mobile released a new voice-driven mobile Internet service the company hopes will change the way people access the wireless Internet.
The company’s new Pronto service features a flat wireless Internet menu users access through questions such as “What is the stock price of i3 Mobile?” or “What will the weather be like tomorrow?”
The voice-driven, question-and-answer based service allows users to send e-mail and short messages, and is backed up by a bank of live operators who can step in and assist users if a question is too complicated for the automated speech-recognition technology.
i3 Mobile is launching the service next month in the Hartford/New Haven, Conn. area for $15 a month, with plans to expand into Washington.
