TORONTO-Northern Telecom Ltd. signed an agreement with Bell Mobility to supply equipment for Bell Mobility’s cellular and personal communications services networks. Nortel values the agreement at around $293 million.

“We are enhancing our wireless networks with the latest technology, which translates to exciting new services for customers,” said Randy Reynolds, senior vice president of Bell Mobility’s market and network development. These include sought after digital personal communications services, such as enhanced call security, alphanumeric messaging and unparalleled sound quality.”
