ALEXANDRIA, Va.-GO Communications Corp. said it has selected the Whiting-Turner Contracting Co. as its general contractor for personal communications services base station construction.
Depending upon the outcome of the C-block auction, GO said it plans to build 2,500 to 5,000 sites throughout the United States within the next three years.
