LONGMONT, Colo.-Coral Systems, a provider of UNIX software solutions for the wireless industry, completed equity financing of $4.5 million through four firms with an interest in emerging communications companies.
The investing companies are Bessemer Venture Partners of Boston and San Francisco, Vertex Management Inc. of San Francisco and Singapore, Wall Street investment banker Unterberg Harris and Adams Capital Management/Patricof and Co. Representatives from Bessemer and Vertex will serve on Coral’s board of directors.
