PISCATAWAY, N.J.-Telcordia Technologies Inc. has acquired intellectual property from DAX Technologies Corp. related to the DAX Optima Performance platform.
With the acquisition, Telcordia will create Telcordia Network Vision and Telcordia Performance Vision, two new products for wireless carriers within its Mobile Assurance Portfolio. The new products join Telcordia Service Director to provide carriers with views of their entire wireless networks and the services operating on them.
“With our comprehensive software solution, operators can identify and forecast their network capacity, automate network performance monitoring and reporting, increase visibility and control of wireless network elements, and fully manage network services-reducing capital investments and increasing profits,” said Terry Vega, group president of wireless, cable and emerging markets at Telcordia.
