ZTEsoft ZSmart Cloud Enabler launched at TM Forum

ZTEsoft’s ZSaaS solution provider

NICE, France – ZTEsoft today announced ZSmart Cloud Enabler, a software as a service platform designed to provide solutions to both service providers and enterprises that offer an end-to-end option including support services, if desired.

The ZSmart SaaS offering, “ZSaaS” will offer a package of end-to-end fulfillment, assurance and billing services to support the faster delivery of new services to address business initiatives focused on digital and communications offers.

Functionality includes:

  • Ease of use to speed deployment timeframes;
  • On-demand business models in order to minimize initial investments to allow businesses to evolve faster with less capital required;
  • Pre-integrated business processes to enable differentiated customer experience and enhanced business flexibility and scalability;
  • 24/7 support service, real-time monitoring and management with high availability guaranteed by SLAs; and
  • ICT integrated management (e.g. meeting management, vehicle management, staff management, office supplies management, etc.) for enterprises.
