San Diego-Westlink Paging Inc. announced completing its acquisition of Telecomm Systems Inc., a Eugene, Ore., paging company. The purchase forms the nation’s largest privately owned paging company in terms of subscribers, said Westlink.
Telecomm Systems is the parent company of Page West and Portland Paging, which operate throughout the Pacific Northwest and claim 85,000 customers combined.
In all, Westlink now has 430,000 customers in 14 states, the company reported.
