TEL AVIV, Israel-Nexus Telecommunication Systems Ltd. signed an agreement with Systemas Timetrac C.A., a Latin American communication services company, to develop the Nexus Vehicle Location and Tracking System in Venezuela.
Systemas has made a $7.8 million order of infrastructure end user devices and support services for the system, which will be deployed during the second quarter of 1997.
