UC’NWIN Systems Corp. will acquire Quickphone Inc., a South Florida-based distributor of prepaid cellular telephones. Details of the stock transaction will be announced pending final due diligence.
Edward Fitzpatrick, chairman of UC’NWIN, said the company will target specific markets, including the credit challenged and travelers.
