CHICAGO-Telephone and Data Systems Inc.’s board of directors declared a second quarter 1997 dividend of about 11 cents per common and series A common share.
Payment will be made June 30 to shareowners of record on June 13.
TDS has cellular telephone, local telephone and radio paging operations. The company also is developing personal communications services operations, through its subsidiary, Aerial Communications Inc.
