CLEVELAND-Reltec Corp. announced it completed the acquisition of Custom Design Telephone Systems Inc. in St. Louis.
Reltec said the acquisition provides program management, engineering, installation, training and maintenance to its current fully integrated service offerings.
“We believe the synergies between CDTS and Reltec Services will support and strengthen our strategic initiatives, giving us the ability to deliver to customers a superior turnkey services package including site development and construction, outside plant deployment, system turn-up, customer training and equipment maintenance,” said Dudley Sheffler, Reltec president and chief executive officer.
