MONTVALE, N.J.-Two Geotek Communications Inc. board members purchased a total of 480,000 shares of company common stock on the open market, said the company.

Winston Churchill, chairman of the Executive Committee, and William Spier, chairman of the Audit Committee, made the purchases.
