MTPCS L.L.C., which operates under the Cellular One brand name, has chosen reporting and analysis solutions company Scorecard Systems Inc. to provide a detailed subscriber and service analysis capability across its operations.
Cellular One provides service in Montana, Wyoming, Oklahoma and Texas.
Scorecard Systems’ solutions provide an analysis of customer activity and provide accurate commission and acquisition costs, said the companies. The products will help provide accuracy around churn and acquisition reporting and allow the company to make changes to business rules and reporting structures without I.T. coding requirements.
“The Scorecard Subscriber Analysis Application will help drive us to one version of the truth and help automate our commissions’ processes and detect fraud,” said Angela Tufte of Cellular One. “We believe the in-depth capability and flexibility the solution will provide us will have a significant impact on the bottom line, particularly as we transition to our new billing system.”
