SIERRA WIRELESS ACQUIRES AIRBANC

VANCOUVER, British Columbia-Sierra Wireless Inc. said it acquired AirBanc Wireless
Solutions Inc., broadening its product line and business applications for transaction-based networks.

“Sierra
can now deliver an extremely efficient and cost effective end-to-end solution for ATMs, point-of-sale terminals and
other e-commerce applications,” said Greg Funk, vice president of business development for Sierra Wireless.
