BOYNTON BEACH, Fla.-Motorola Inc. announced it will transfer the development, sales and
support for its Air Apparent wireless messaging software to Absolutely Software Inc.
Absoft played a key role in
the software’s development and, under the agreement, will continue to develop and enhance the product through its next
release this spring. Terms of the transactions were not disclosed.
