LONDON-Invensys plc purchased the assets of Cactus Integration Group, an advanced network and telecommunications solutions provider, for $30 million.
Invensys said the acquisition will enable it to rapidly deploy infrastructure solutions for telecommunications and information technology applications.
“Cactus Integration Group will enable us to expand our services from components and systems to full, turnkey implementation overnight,” said Doug Milner, president of Invensys Energy Systems.
The agreement is expected to close soon pending regulatory approvals.
