DENVER-Daniels & Associates, a provider of financial services to media, Internet and telecommunications companies, announced it completed 66 transactions with an aggregate value of more than $9.7 billion during the first six months of the year.
The transactions included 50 mergers and acquisitions and 16 corporate financing and financial advisory engagements.
