ANDOVER, Mass.-In accordance with a previously announced agreement, CMGI Inc. completed a share exchange of $500 million in shares of CMGI common stock for $500 million in shares of Pacific Century CyberWorks with Cable & Wireless plc.
The transaction involved CMGI issuing to Cable & Wireless 13.4 million shares of CMGI stock in exchange for 241 million shares of PCCW. CMGI said the PCCW shares it received are freely tradable without restriction.
