ARMONK, N.Y.—Melard Technologies Inc. announced its Sidearm ruggedized handheld computer has been selected by Brink’s Home Security for use by its service technicians and installers.
“With the SIDEARM, each technician can download job assignments and data as necessary and then input information while on the job site,” said Jerry Halliburton, director of enterprise applications for Brink’s Home Security. “We had been searching for a handheld wireless product for a while and we’ve finally found the ideal solution.”
