ARLINGTON, Va.—IoWave Inc. acquired the assets of multichannel multipoint distribution services equipment provider Hybrid Networks Inc., which ceased operations at the end of April, IoWave announced.
Terms of the agreement were not disclosed, however IoWave said it will continue to use both the Hybrid and IoWave brand names.
