NEW ORLEANS-ADC and The Management Network Group demonstrated on-demand revenue management for wireless public access networks at the CTIA Wireless 2003 show.
Using ADC’s Singl.eView dynamic transaction management platform integrated with the wireless infrastructure, ADC is performing real-time service creation and policy-based charging from authentication, authorization and accounting (AAA) and MXP records for multiple wireless services such as WiFi 802.11x (both home and roaming) and 1xRTT, said the company.
The demonstration was conducted in conjunction with TMNG, inCode Telecom Group and Fluor. These companies, along with ADC, are participants in the Wireless Technology Lab (WTL), an independent wireless technology lab in La Jolla, California.
