NTT Docomo Inc filed a complaint Wednesday with a government dispute settlement body against a higher connection fee its rival Softbank Mobile Corp imposes on calls from subscribers of other mobile phone firms to its customers.
The complaint represents the first ever dispute over cell phone connection fee between major Japanese mobile phone service providers
