ATLANTA-Cingular Wireless L.L.C. launched its Voice Connect voice-activated portal across its markets enabling customers to access voice and data services using voice commands. Customers activating the service will receive a free 30-day trial and will then be charged $5 per month for the service.
The carrier said it has been piloting the service in several Southeastern states for the past year.
