ALEXANDRIA, Va.-Paging and messaging carrier Metrocall Inc. said the bankruptcy court approved its reorganization disclosure statement, an important step in its process of reorganization in Chapter 11 bankruptcy.
Metrocall said it expects to emerge from bankruptcy in September.
