MELBOURNE, Fla.-Pre-Cell Solutions Inc. announced a Code Division Multiple Access digital handset for the prepaid wireless market. The handset, manufactured by LG Sansys Inc., incorporates technology developed by US Intellicom, allowing users to buy airtime through the handset.
