HOUSTON-Wireless Facilities Inc. made an equity investment in and formed a strategic relationship with Diverse Networks Inc., a privately held provider of network management and data center services to wireless, wired and hybrid network transportation data companies.
Under terms of the agreement, WFI will acquire a minority interest in Diverse Networks and obtain a seat on the company’s board of directors as well as warrants to purchase additional shares of Diverse Networks’ common stock over a five-year period.
The companies did not release financial terms of the equity relationship.
