SHANGHAI, China-China Digital Wireless Inc., which distributes mobile phones and information services in Shanghai, said it plans to seek a listing for its stock on the American Stock Exchange.
If approved, the company said it will request AGS Specialists L.L.C. to be its specialist firm.
