Jennifer Sanders is Cofounder and Executive Director of the Dallas Innovation Alliance (DIA) a public-private partnership dedicated to the design and execution of a smart cities plan for Dallas.
DIA’s goal is to elevate Dallas as a city that is not only prepared for – but a driving force in shaping – the future of cities, and provide opportunities for prosperity for its citizens.
Jennifer brings over 12 years of expertise across a broad array of industries, including energy, technology, economic development, nonprofit and finance, serving in functions including communications, stakeholder and community relations, strategic counsel and operations.
She is actively involved with numerous civic organizations in Dallas, serving as President of the Mayor’s Star Council, on the Board of the Suicide & Crisis Center of North Texas, an Ambassador for the Dallas Entrepreneur Center (DEC) and the Advisory Board for Dallas-based retail and lifestyle startup, Edition Collective, among others.
Dr. Vanja Subotic is a Director of Product Management for InterDigital IoT Solutions group based out of New York City. In her current role, Dr. Subotic leads product planning, partner management, customer engagements, trade shows participation, and other product marketing activities. This touches various industry segments including industrial, enterprise and smart cities.
Prior to her work at InterDigital, Dr. Subotic held a variety of roles that included consulting, program and solutions management, strategy planning, carrier sales of next-generation solutions, and doctoral research on wireless communications systems. Dr. Vanja Subotic holds Bachelor and Doctorate degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Western Ontario in London, Canada.
