Linkbit Studio and Legion Test Solutions Verifies LTE & 3G Network Functionality and Performance Stability

Linkbit, Inc., announced today that F5 Networks selected Linkbit’s Test Solution to help ensure the quality of F5’s products for converging networks of 3G and LTE.

With the current buildup of 3G and LTE converging networks, there is an ongoing increase of network complexity. This puts pressure on the Operators, Network Equipment Manufacturers and Test Equipment Vendors to deliver solutions that can effectively perform in this new multi-network environment. Linkbit’s Simulation Studio and Legion Intelligent Core Tester are perfect solutions to test converging networks and their elements.

Linkbit Legion Intelligent Core Tester was selected by F5 for its fast and flexible scripting development and analysis capabilities, extensive test automation features, on-the-spot live network field problem simulation features, and excellent interoperability with F5 products. Linkbit offers complete coverage and support for LTE core DIAMETER and other 3G and LTE protocols and interfaces.

F5 has deployed the Linkbit Legion® testing tool in its R&D and QA departments.
