Vikas Trehan, SVP of Infovista, spoke with RCR Wireless News about key trends that the company sees in the market – in particular, how mobile operators are grappling with the continuing surge in data growth, and the fact that revenues are not growing at the same pace.
“It’s all about achieving a balance between the [capital expenses] and the customer experience management,” Trehan said.
He added that operators seek to strike that balance by relying on end-to-end service assurance and big data, and that Infovista is taking an aggressive approach in this space with multi-functional end-to-end offerings, including last year’s acquisition of Aexio.
