Vienna, 17 August 2011: Today, the Telekom Austria Group (VSE: TKA, OTC US: TKAGY) announced that the supervisory board of Telekom Austria Group has decided yesterday to extend the contract of Hans Tschuden for the period of another five years.
On 23 October 2006 Hans Tschuden was appointed Chief Financial Officer of the Telekom Austria Group for a period of five years effective as of 1 April 2007 and ending 31 March 2012. In addition he became Vice Chairman of the Management Board on 1 January 2009. On 16 August 2011 the supervisory board voted unanimously to re-elect Hans Tschuden for the position as Chief Financial Officer and Vice Chairman of the Management Board of Telekom Austria Group for another five years ending March 2017.
