Millennial Media, the largest independent mobile ad network, didn’t look far for its next acquisition target in Washington, D.C.-based Condaptive. The company, which focuses on audience formation and development via data analysis, will now join the ranks of Baltimore-based Millennial Media. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
“Condaptive has built world class technology that delivers unique and powerful insights for advertisers and capabilities for developers,” said Paul Palmieri, president and CEO at Millennial Media. “The Condaptive data platform and team will be valuable assets to Millennial Media and our clients.”
The entire team at Condaptive, which will continue to work out of its Washington, D.C. office, will find a new home in Millennial Media’s Technology and Innovation Group. The company’s founder and CEO, Hemang Gadhia, will take on the position of SVP of audience intelligence for Millennial.
