HotelTonight adds Seattle, Miami and multi-night stays

HotelTonight, the last-minute hotel booking app has added two more cities to its arsenal and expanded its service to include stays for up to five nights total. The app, which has been downloaded more than 250,000 times in its first two months, begins offering deals for hotels in Seattle and Miami today. This brings the city total to eight, with offers already available in New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago, Boston and Washington, D.C.
HotelTonight has more than 130 hotel partners and is still offering a $25 promotional credit to first-time users.
“We are thrilled with the response we’ve gotten from travelers and hotels so far,” founder and CEO Sam Shank said in a prepared statement. “The vast majority of our bookings are driven by word of mouth, and we are seeing a high number of repeat purchases — which indicates not only strong growth, but a revolution in how people book hotels.”
HotelTonight plans to add new cities every month. Dallas, Philadelphia and Atlanta should come on board soon.
