Just over two-and-a-half months after its launch, U.S. Cellular Corp. (USM) said more than one million customers have signed up for or switched to its The Belief Project rate plans. The carrier counted 6.1 customers on its network at the end of the third quarter.
The Belief Project plans target contract customers by providing new rate plans, contract terms and a points system that customers can use to further enhance the offering.
The carrier, which was recently lauded with a strong showing in the latest Consumer Reports wireless carrier survey, said it expected to hit the one million customer mark for the offering in February.
