The stocks of the RCR Wireless Index were fairly evenly split between gainers and losers this past week, with gainers slightly outpacing the losers. Small cap stocks dominate our top gainers for the week. A notable stock in our top loser category was Palm, which was downgraded by analysts this past week on concerns over slow sales of Palm devices on the Verizon network.
