Cell site professional services provider Core Communications appointed Keith Pinter chairman of its board and Mark Carney to director of development.
Pinter formerly served as CEO of Matrix Group International Inc. and in his new position will be responsible for Core’s strategic direction and expansion.
Carney was formerly a site acquisition manager for regional wireless operator MetroPCS Communications Inc. In his new position Carney will be in charger of operational oversight and implementation of a development plan that will help advance all of Core’s client’s interests.
Core’s clients include Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile USA Inc., MetroPCS, Clearwire Corp., Crown Castle International, American Tower Corp., TowerCo and Mobilitie Partners L.L.C.
