German telecommunications giant Deutsche Telekom AG announced that COO Hamid Akhavan has asked to leave the company in February to pursue new interests.
Akhavan has been with DT for 8 years. DT is the parent company to T-Mobile USA Inc., the fourth largest carrier in the U.S.
