For the first time in the last 3 weeks, losers outpaced gainers in the RCR Wireless Index over the last week by a roughly 4 to 3 margin. Notable gainers for the week were Leap Wireless, Fibertower and Powertech. Notable losers were Clearwire, Palm and Alcatel-Lucent.
