Handset and infrastructure vendors
–Standard & Poor’s Ratings Services revised its outlook on LG Telecom to positive from stable, reflecting its improved financial risk profile. S&P also affirmed LG’s BB+ long-term corporate credit and senior unsecured debt ratings.
Other
–J.P. Morgan upgraded ADC Telecommunications to overweight from neutral on robust demand for the company’s LGC in-building wireless products. The firm also raised its 2009 revenue forecast on the company to $1.6 billion, up $26 million from its previous estimate.
