Andrew Corp. plans to launch this week its Invex3G Autonomous drive test product, which allows carriers to measure network performance and improve service by installing equipment on taxis, buses and other fleet vehicles.
The product is an extension of Andrew’s Invex3G product. Equipment runs unattended and operates remotely, said Andrew.
The company has trialed the product in North America.
General customer availability is expected by the end of April.
