SAN JOSE, Calif.—Adobe Systems Inc. said it acquired vector graphics technology developed by Actimagine, a company that provides software solutions for video and interactive vector graphics.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Adobe said the acquisition allows it to extend the reach of its mobile technologies, including its Flash Lite product, to high-volume, mass-market phones.
The deal between the companies also calls for Actimagine to incorporate Adobe’s Flash Lite technology into its service offerings.
