FREMONT, Calif.-Insignia Solutions, which offers mobile device management products, said it expects to report about $800,000 in revenues for the third quarter, up significantly from revenues of $107,000 during the same quarter last year.
Total revenues for the first nine months are expected to be $1.8 million, compared with $533,000 during the same period last year.
The company said it plans to report complete financial results Nov. 21. However, Insignia said it plans to request a five-day extension for filing its Form 10-Q report with the Securities and Exchange Commission due to its recently filed S-1 statement, as well as delays in processing results from overseas operations.
