V-Comm assists Aloha Partners in securing 700 MHz waiver

CRANBURY, N.J.-Telecommunications engineering firm V-Comm said it helped Aloha Partners secure an approved waiver from the Federal Communications Commission to provide service in the 700 MHz spectrum.
